" The condo faces the gulf. We enjoyed the many faces of the gulf every day from our room. We watched sunsets from the balcony, dolphins swimming by, sailboats and windsurfers. The condo is very clean, quiet and comfortable and fully furnished. The building has a fitness center with weight machines, stepmaster, treadmill. Free washers and dryers are available on each floor. Caladesi Island is about a 45 min. walk north on a secluded beach. Great for collecting sea shells. Caladesi has a marina with a concession stand. We'd get a hot dog there and watch the boats pull in. There also is a nature trail on Caladesi Island. Clearwater Beach's Pier 60 is about a 30 minute walk south on the beach. Lots of activities, shops and a large public beach there. Great for people watching. Fishing is allowed (for a fee) from the end of the pier. The condo has its own pier also. There is a long sandy beach between the condo and the gulf. We really enjoyed our stay and wish we could have stayed longer. We hope to return next year"
